Meet Roy Logan, the hands-on heart behind Roy Logan Real Estate. A Grand Rapids local with a sharp eye for craftsmanship and a deep love for modest, beautiful homes, Roy brings a fresh, grounded perspective to homebuilding. He’s not just overseeing the blueprints—he’s on-site, making sure every nail, board, and finish reflects pride, quality, and care.
Before founding his own building company, Roy Logan helped grow Chicago Marble Company as VP of Operations, where he led teams, streamlined operations, and got his hands dirty making things work smarter. With a background in full stack development from Northwestern, Roy blends old-school work ethic with modern problem-solving. Whether it’s managing a build or guiding clients through the process, he brings precision, practicality, and a steady hand to every project.
